Data Collection

We do not collect any data. Specifically:

• No screenshots are uploaded to any server
• No browsing history is tracked or recorded

• No analytics or tracking scripts are used
• No cookies are set by the extension

How It Works

All screenshot processing happens locally in your browser. Your screenshots are stored temporarily in your browser's memory and are only saved to your device when you explicitly choose to download them. Nothing leaves your computer.

Permissions

ScreenshotFramer requires the following Chrome permissions:

• activeTab — To access the current tab and inject the capture toolbar
• scripting — To inject the toolbar interface into the active page
• storage — To store your Pro license key locally in your browser
• downloads — To save exported screenshots to your device

These permissions are used solely for the extension's core functionality and do not enable any data collection.

Payment Processing

Pro license purchases are processed through Polar.sh, a third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your payment information. Please refer to Polar's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle payment data.

Third-Party Services

ScreenshotFramer does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The extension operates entirely offline.
